Sales

Residential buildings: 6% of the sale price

Professional products (commercial walls, « fond de commerce », offices :
≤ 2 000 000€ - 8% of the sale price
≥ 2 000 000€ - 6% of the sale price

Land:
≤ 1 500 000€ - 8% of the sale price
≥ 1 500 000€ - 6% of the sale price

Property valuation without putting on sale: 180 €

Seasonal rentals - 25% of the price

Property Management - On estimate

The VAT rate is 20% - All fees and prices are presented inclusive of VAT
